We promise to deliver a healthy building for our clients. We use innovative and science-driven techniques to create pathogen-free environments. We understand the difficulty of finding staff dedicated to high performance and high integrity. At Wellness Cleaning, we reduce our clients’ labor turnover and training expenses by the way in which we individually train and care for each employee.

Our training program is twofold: first, to equip each individual with self-worth and responsibility by teaching them highly technical skills that include the chemistry of cleaning, OSHA protocols, and pH formulas. The course ends with a CMI Certified Custodial Technician exam that, if passed, provides a resume-building certification these individuals can carry with them into the future.  

​

The second piece of training is to bring dignity to a typically “invisible” labor force. We guide our employees through curriculum on workplace culture, coping with stress, and interpersonal communication. A Wellness Cleaning employee has full access to our nonprofit partner, R&R Ministries, where they can take advantage of free counseling, group recovery, and spiritual exploration.

How We Staff

 

A new Wellness Cleaning partner is introduced to our model and mission through a trial contract. Once the initial contract is fulfilled, each party can determine the best path forward: whether through continued agency engagement or a managed service contract.

We uniquely tailor programs to fit within specific client protocols to maintain a steady workflow, prioritizing open communication with each business we serve. We’re committed to the success of your facility as we enrich the lives of those who clean it.   

This model allows us to be the provider of choice for facilities that believe in and want to partner in our mission to change lives, one healthy building at a time. It also allows our clients to scale their needs as occupancy and seasonality rise and fall.
