"Labor Problem" Meets Wellness Solution

1.9 million fewer Americans are working now than in 2020 (U.S. Chamber of Commerce). Combine that with a labor turnover of 200% in the cleaning industry and you get lots of jobs, but no one to fill them. At the same time, there are over half a million homeless individuals, a quarter million legal immigrants that come to the U.S. annually as well as survivors of sex-trafficking, and over 6 million unemployed individuals. Here is where the labor problem meets our wellness solution.

We see the potential in society's marginalized and take on their whole-of-life situation, whatever that may be.

Homeless. Refugee. Trafficked. Migrant. Day Worker. And so on.

We serve them as people by not only paying a living wage with benefits, but in offering meaningful work, fostering financial independence, and providing counseling services at no cost, all while assuring them of their purposeful existence and contribution to their community by creating and maintaining healthy buildings through cutting-edge cleaning processes.

We serve them as professionals by providing advanced, industry-specific training and certifications to ensure high-quality cleaning services every time.

Wellness for our workforce includes their physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental and occupational health.

Customer Service is More than a Department

At the heart of our mission is service excellence.

A healthy workforce characterized by true service excellence can only be developed by ensuring that workers are first served by their employer. We provide exceptional experiences to our team members, from executives to housekeepers, janitors, custodians, and environmental service workers. We know quality service is essential. At Wellness Cleaning, service is more than just a department; it is who we are. We exist to serve the communities where we work and live.

The End Goal: Restoration

Our goal is to help those in the marginalized communities by reintroducing them back into the larger community that they have been often cut off from in many ways. We want restoration for our people and our communities where environments and relationships are stewarded well.
